Sarah Watt

I am a licensed, systems trained Marriage and Family therapist. I have over 20 years of clinical experience working with individuals and couples in a number of areas including individual therapy, marital and premarital counseling, infertility counseling, reproductive mental health as well as perinatal and postpartum support. I work from strengths based, solution focused and cognitive behavioral models of therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, your participation, input and assessment are essential for success.
